Reviews of Credibility

As any business knows, being referred is a very important and gratifying action, whether its word of mouth or a random link someone decides to share to others regarding their experience using one's service.
Unfortunately a review could create a damaging result as well, which fortunately for any business owner can be replied to the unhappy customer, with a possible solution or at the least a public apology. Unfortunately, I have been approached by companies that claim to create positive reviews which I find horrible in that I'm told for a fee, I can have hundreds of generated reviews, making my web presence more appealing, I find that to be completely dishonest. For one thing Id never do that, it's just un truthful to the public.
My reviews are genuine and yes maybe few, but they are true, which means a great deal. Sometimes I've reached out to past clients hoping to get them to post an honest review, some do, others I believe are too busy to bother. My understanding of reviews when shopping for trade services is don't be fooled by the highest number of reviews, what counts is the rating and the customer comments.
